Congratulations and best wishes for Sh. Hemant Soren jee, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Jharkhand! 1. Could New Chief Minister cancel all MOUs which are going to alienate tribal land? Or he would sign more and more MoUs? 2. What would be his first step to restore tribal land alienated by different Govt companies, government subsidiaries, private companies and non tribal people? 3. Would it be the first priority to implement, the CNT, SPT, 5th Scheduled area act, PESA act, and Forest Land right act 2006 etc. for the New Chief Minister of Jharkhand? 4. What would be his first step to give justice to the tribals and other downtrodden people of Jharkhand, who are in the different jails in Jharkhand state? 5. It is understood and observed, that the tribals in Jharkhand had been undermined and demoralized by different factors, even by the Govt. officials. Could new Chief Minister work to uphold the tribal pride (Jharkhandi pride) in Jharkhand? 6. Would new Chief Minister work in the direction of solving the domicile issue so that the Adivasi and moolvasi of the Jharkhand state could be given their due share and right?
