Congratulations on the un-banning of bladers, Im glad youre no longer a victim of the auto bannings. Id like to just raise the issue that despite this great effort and achievement, there are still a group of people that suffer from this banning. Due to the glitch in avabel that caused skills to lag when switching accounts (for example when switching from Mage to Acolyte, the Mage skills are displayed on the Acolyte character instead of the Acolyte skills) Many people were given the permanent trade restriction in October, and since then we have been sending countless emails explaining the fault of the glitch and how it was an accident on our behalf to have used the wrong skills. However, they always reply with an automated response of Concerning your inquiry, as we explained, we cannot remove penalties once applied. To which is bullsh**, evidently they can lift restrictions as bladers have been unbanned. Recently, Some people have had a response from Asobimo saying We are sorry, we can no longer respond the inquiry with same contents. This suggests that they are going to ignore anymore emails from people asking about lifting the restrictions. We are victims of a game glitch yet were the ones being punished for it and now they tell us theyre too lazy to do anything about it. Im asking for your support to please help anyone else whos still suffering from this unjustified ban. Wed really appreciate it if you could help by continuing sending emails of complaint to Asobimo, writing bad reviews to make Asobimo see how serious this issue is or even contacting Google/Apple about this.
