Congratulations to ECCL for moving on this. It follows what I intially started months ago by contacting the governor, our state legislature and all others concerned based on the flawed guidelines of certificate of need used by the state to deny this proposed hospital. That is now in the hands of an administrative law judge that may not appreciate having outside inteference over her decision-making authorities. I was advised by state personnel that it was outside the governors capabilities to intervene. I never quite bought this rationale. But now ECCL is testing this hypothesis out once again.
