The Montagu Arms Hotel has previously been voted the ‘Hampshire Restaurant of the Year’ by the Which? Good Food Guide and took an acclaimed spot in the Telegraphs ‘Top 50 Restaurants in Britain’ written by leading critic Jasper Gerard. Matthew Tomkinson is an innovative chef with a vast amount of experience to his name. Winner of the Roux Scholarship 2005, Matthew has gone on to work with some of the leading chefs in the industry. Since then, he has developed his own style and passion for fresh, beautifully created food, becoming renowned locally and nationally for his work.
