Congratulations to all of the exhibitors from Blount County for doing such a great job at the Alabama Junior Beef Expo! Blount County had the Champion Light Weight and Champion Light Weight Alabama Bred Steer, Champion Charolais heifer that was also the 5th Overall heifer, and the Champion Angus heifer that was also the Champion Bred and Owned Angus heifer, 4th Overall heifer and the Supreme Champion Bred and Owned heifer. We also had several class winners as well as five exhibitors either placed first or were in the top five in their showmanship classes. Photos will be posted soon. Way to go Blount County!
