Congress Condoles Demise Of Sharma Kishtwar19- Congress Committee has condoled the sad and sudden demise of Romesh Chander Sharma retired Zonal Physical Education officer and brother-in- law of Dr Manohar Lal Sharma Minister for Co-operative, Finance and Planning. The condolence meeting was held under Thakur Jugal Bhandari State Secretary Pradesh Congress Committee J&k.Thakur said that Romesh Chander Sharma has served the department of Youth service and Sports and retired only few years ago.
