Conjecture 3: diabetes type 1 ftw Create an antibody(mab) for the antibodies that are attacking the beta cells in the pancreas. Check biochemistry after x time to see if antibody was successful in reducing autoimmune destruction. If successful, this would remove the need to use insulin, as the pancreas can resume its function. Also remove the need to use glucose altering meds in type 1 patients.
