Consider including Cable Flys into your chest work outs. There are many variations of Cable Flys, depending on how you want to target your chest. This is a great isolating exercise that will target upper and inner regions of your chest that are important in building a defined pectoral area. Note: To target your inner chest we recommend holding/squeezing the weight when you reach the apex of the fly motion.
