Considered member of Argentine and International Cinologic Federation, My name is Santiago Jose Rodríguez, breeder or Dogo Argentino race under the name Doña Cecilia. I write to you to finish with a chain of dishonest people that we have in charge of the Argentinian Dogo´s Club, naming some of involved, including one member of FCA. In first place Jose Luis Forla (president of dogo´s club and reviewer of the Argentinian Cinologic Federation accounts), continuing with Ulises Dandre Nores (treasurer of the Argentinian Dogo´s Club), Daniel Eduardo Giannone (Pro Secretary of Argentinian Dogo´s Club), Oscar H. Seves (4th vocal of the Argentinian Dogo´s Club), and Marcelo Ragusa, all specialist judges of Dogo Argentino race. Since years we are gobernated by these people that they don´t stop to make serious damage to the race, mistreating to the different breeders because of their free expressions, and causing a dirty image of the race and of the prestigious organizations like FCI and FCA. Here I send to you three videos to see what I´m saying. The first video is about a hidden camera made by an argentinian tv channel a few years ago, where Jose Luis Forla is involved (like a member of dogs fights) and Ulises Dandre Nores too explaining how it works. They organize and train dogs for these fights, and they showed how their dogs fight in the garden of their houses. The second video explain too how they organize the dogs fights where these people were involved. This activity is illegal. The FCA expels some of these thieves like Jose Luis Forla, but they accept him again few years later, getting then his Argentinian Dogo´s Club presidence and his charge of reviewer of the Argentinian Cinologic Federation accounts. I attach copy of the expulsion. In the third video you can see a conversation where is one of the thieves (Oscar H. Seves) requesting excuses of a swindle did to a proprietary of a dog without pedigree.. they talked about how they sold a dog with a false pedigree (curibay del Litoral). Resuming, the man gave his dog and Jose Luis Forla (with his accomplices) put a false pedigree to the dog getting a successful sale to Italy…. And then the money was distributed by Jose Luis Forla, Oscar H. Seves, Daniel Giannone and Marcelo Ragusa, causing a swindle to an Italian buyer and a falsification of the dog identity. All that I exposed here will send also to the different federations in the world to alert and to try that they never will be called by the judges to speak because I think that the image they create is not that we want. These videos will send to a different channels too like the social networks, because I think a big limited is crossed and the people who love and breed the race Dogo Argentino don´t be in the bad networks of these thieves. Please take the necessary measures to these people and we could finish with the sad darkness wich they transmit to the mundial cinofily. Greetings, Santiago J.
