Consistent Smoke & Mirrors or as we say...LIES.... The report was submitted by the Business Administrator to the town council and to Judge Buczynski (O.C. Superior Court) as allegedly representing the truth from the NJDEP. Residents questioned the Business Administrators submission and contacted the NJDEP themselves. NONE of what Ms. Schlegel represented were the words of the NJDEP, but another attempt to assist this business owner for reasons unknown. The first letter is the reply from the NJDEP that we obtained on the morning of our zoning meeting this past week. YOU DECIDE who the honest parties are! Trust us!!! This is NOT an attempt to take sides in the political race. We have been fighting this battle for nearly 4 years. We have been told now that our efforts are politically motivated...it just so happens that the players are the Mayor and many of his appointees....so the question is...do you really want a Mayor who appointed these people to run our town back in office?
