Constitution of the United States 1srAmendment: Congress shall - TopicsExpress

Constitution of the United States 1srAmendment: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. One of the most abused Constitutional rights. I see nothing about separation of Church and State. I do see where the Federal Government is not allowed to start a religion but they are also not allowed to prohibit the free exercise either which is exactly what is happening. In fact by denying the pastor access to the beach the government is violating the 1st Amendment guarantee of peaceable assemble.
