Overview of work requirements PCP has grown significantly over the past 12 months and we use a range of performance management tools to capture data, monitor progress, report to funders and compile internal reports. Current processes are not linked to employee supervision and appraisal systems and we have a range of stand-alone management information systems. We are seeking an independent consultant to review current processes, develop an organisation-wide system which strongly correlates with individual employee performance management and has the ability to provide internal and external reports in respect of PCP customers/clients. Specific objectives 1. Review current systems and process, identifying strengths and weaknesses 2. Prepare an Options Appraisal and Report for PCP Senior Management Team and the Board of Trustees for approval 3. Identify and introduce individual employee performance monitoring system (Appraisal & supervision processes) 4. Improve and streamline PCP performance monitoring framework, including capturing the client journey, monitoring individual outputs and outcomes and recording case studies. 5. Establish a suit of report templates for internal and external stakeholders 6. Work with PCP staff to identify any additional software requirements 7. Implement the above including providing staff training & development Key personnel supporting the process Carol Gaskarth, Chief Executive Nigel Brough, Senior Programme Manager Angie Cooke, Events & Project Admin Development Worker Sandra Roberts, Business Support Officer Timeframe We anticipate this work commencing September 2014 with all objective met by the end of November 2014. The maximum number of days allocated is : 15 days. Maximum Cost Consultancy rates for this work should be between £190 and £235 per day. A brief project plan outlining how you will achieve the objective and associated timeframes 3. Two referees 4. Details of cost of consultancy provision Assessment Criteria PCP will assess expressions of interest based as follows: 1. 65% based on PCPs assessment of ability to deliver, within timeframe (Using information from the CV, project plan and referees.) 2. 35% based on cost, most cost effective scoring highest.
