Contact Centre Learnership Location: Pretoria ,Gauteng, South Africa Closing Date: 05 July 2013 We are looking to recruit candidates for a Contact Centre Operation Level 4(SAQA ID 71489)Learnership. Learnership period will be for 12 months. Successful candidates will qualify with a National Certificate in Contact Centre Operation NQF Level 4 (SAQA ID 71489) and in addition will gain practical work experience in the Contact Centre industry. Application by candidates residing in City of Tshwane and training will take place at Tshwane Leadership and Management Academy (TLMA) in Pretoria West. City of Tshwane candidates only to apply.
