Contact: Dr. Stephen Criswell FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Tel: 803-313-7108 Email: [email protected] Storyteller Performs Nov. 22nd at USC Lancaster’s Native American Studies Center American Indian storyteller Ragghi Calentine will perform at the USCL Native American Studies Center at 7:00 pm on November 22nd. Known as “Little Ragghi” for her small stature, Calentine commands attention from diverse audiences with her storytelling performances that amuse, entertain, and inspire. A resident of Delaware, Calentine is active in the United Methodist Church and has been honored for her work as a parent educator. She is also an entrepreneur, who created the nationally-recognized “Little Ragghi’s Crackers,” a snack selected by Chef Giada de Laurentiis of NBC’s Today Show as a top holiday gift for food lovers. Her family-friendly evening performance at the NAS Center serves as the penultimate program in a month of events as the Center celebrates Native American Heritage Month. The performance and all of the Center’s events are free and open to the public. The USCL Native American Studies Center is located at 119 S. Main St. in downtown Lancaster.
