Contestants I have important info for you regarding our schedule for fair and will be sending you an email soon. I NEED your sponsorship money in by this Friday and your sponsor ads for the rodeo program. Also Rodeo tickets sales and any un sold Rodeo Tickets that you have must be turned in by WEDNESDAY August 28th to the Fairgrounds. NO EXCEPTIONS. We had previously thought we could sell them up through fair but because of accounting reasons they need to have them turned in by then. Also because of accounting reasons I need you to turn in your raffle tickets and money as well by that date. You can retain unsold tickets and continue to sell them up through Sunday before the rodeo, but I need all sold tickets and money turned in prior so we can account for outstanding tickets. We do have more raffle tickets if anyone needs them. I will see some of your at fair horse show on Saturday and for those princesses, jr princesses and queens who want to run some flags I will bring some on Saturday for you :) (posted by Carol)
