Continued Sadness!!... The foundation has been laid and affirmed that it is okay to murder young African American youth, LIE and say "I was scared for my life", knowing that the judicial system in America was never written for African Americans and the perpetrator will not do a day of incarceration for the offense of murder of an African American. This is continually perpetrated by the police forces of America who randomly at will kill African American youth and say, "Oh, it was an accident" I thought I was reaching for my tazer, (on my right/left hip but pulled my gun on my left/right hip) and shot the youth in the back while he was unarmed, handcuffed, face down on the concrete while his partner had his knee in the youths neck. Oh yeah, the BART officer was convicted of UNINTENTIONAL manslaughter, by a JURY,sentenced by judge to 2 years, served 11 months, (reduced time for good behavior), and had the audacity to appeal to California Supreme Court that his confiction, by a JURY, should be overturned because he was a BART police officer and it sends the wrong message to the public. A Murderer is a MURDER a liar is a LIAR police officer, citizen or self appointed neighborhood watchman. MURDERERS in America Okayed by American-APARTHEID... SMH.....
