Continuing with updates as to the Stratians for Strat funds of US$2511.86, I have just spoken to the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Health. They have kindly agreed to accept the donation of US$2511.86 to the Glendon Hospital as has been approved by the founding members of Stratians for Strat via email correspondence today. The monies will go towards the Hospital Amenities Fund I have been informed. Also, the gentleman has informed me to wait until next week for the deposit to be made. However, in the meantime, so as to have the cheque removed from my possession, and in safe-keeping, he has agreed for me to bring the cheque into the Ministry of Health this afternoon, and they will keep it there for safety and security until next week where we will find out if the bank will directly transfer the cheque to them, or if we will need to have another medium set up and have the FULL funds of US$2,511.86 transferred to the Hospital Amenities Fund . Following this they will present Stratians for Strat with a receipt of funds as donated by STratians for Strat to the Glendon Hospital. For transparency purposes, we will keep everyone informed once the full transfer of funds has been completed. J A Robinson
