Contributing the second course to a supper party of 6 tomorrow, and would appreciate some insights: Have lined up blueberries, raspberries and blackcurrants with cream. Then decided it would be more exotic to have a second sauce, or something to blend with the cream, with ginger/clove dust/sunflower seeds/dessicated coconut and maybe orange. Whether to have cream/sauce mix, or, if I have separate sauce, how thick to make the sauce. I think tahini might thicken it just the right amount? Any impressions, ideas, jokes, poems, creative insight will be merrily digested.
