Hereby sue: The high court has already arranged that on in year 2014 October the 20th Monday 2:30 pm, based off the legal code of the 29th section ordering the first rule (Section 4A), that the plaintiff requested to register for an interlocutory injunction (a court order to prevent a party from doing certain actions) for the court hearing to begin (which was previously informed). The plaintiff registered for an one-sided interlocutory injunction against the defendant preventing the defendant as well as those being represented (no matter the defendant or a representative) from acting out, prompting, leading, authorization, or allow the following actions, or encourage or incite other people to do the following actions, until the court gives out a new command: (a) Causing traffic in the area near the crossing between Nathan Road and Argyle Street with Dundas street or nearby occupied public territory and other areas made for vehicles; (b) Constructing any tents, fencing, obstacles, or other temporary constructions or waste, or act in any other way that causes traffic congestion on public roads; (c) Disturb or restrict the police from taking clearing up fenced up areas, or preventing them from removing obstacles. If any defendants want to reject this, they can go to Hong Kong Central Road 28 Queensway High Court Building Court Number 15 to personally confront or with a lawyer.
