Cord says that William Ruto is the stumbling block to dialogue, - TopicsExpress

Cord says that William Ruto is the stumbling block to dialogue, that President Uhuru Kenyatta, had accepted. The official LEGAL position from Jubilee Government is that dialogue should be held YES, but within the established constitutional institutions. That means if Uhuru had accepted any other form of dialogue, he was wrong and he is alone in that. It also means that if Ruto had refused all kind of dialogue, he is also wrong since dialogue through Parliament is accepted. Jubilee does not have a clouded mind on this. Its very clear. If the two leaders are wrong in their contradictions, then they are right in the reverse. Two wrongs can make a right if the wrongs are contradictory to each other.
