Corn Flake Cookies cream together in the bowl of a stand mixer 1/2 crisco 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 2 Tbsp milk 2 tsp vanilla in a separate bowl mix together: 2 c ap flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking powder after the wet ingredients are creamed together well slowly add in the dry ingredients (set mixer to low) just until incorporated fold in: 3 c corn flakes 1 c chopped walnuts (optional but really adds to the cookie) drop by generous tsp full onto foil lined baking sheet bake at 350 for 10-12min until edges are nicely browned and tops are just beginning to lightly brown. these are a huge hit w/ anyone who tries them and the recipe is asked for often
