Corn Paneer Sabzi Serves one Ingredients:- Sweet corn- 15gm (boiled) Low fat Paneer-50gm (cut in small cubes) Onion-I small (sliced) Spring onions with greens- 1 stalk Tomato- ½ small (sliced) Garam masala- ½ tsp Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp Coriander powder- ½ tsp Red chili powder- ½ tsp Cumin seeds- ½ tsp Salt- to taste Oil- ½ tsp Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add cumin seeds. Once they start to change colour, add onions and spring onion bulbs and sauté till the onions are translucent. Add tomatoes and sauté till they become soft. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and salt and mix well. Add corn and half a cup of water. Cover and cook till the mixture is heated thoroughly. Add low fat paneer and garam masala powder and mix well. Add spring onion greens and mix well. Switch off the heat.
