Corporate Sales Manager KorekTelecom-Basra • Participate in formulating marketing strategies for business, high consumer & VIP sectors. •Set corporate & VIP objectives and KPIs based on the company’s corporate objectives. •Analyze, complete & escalate any new information with suggested course of actions regarding market situation and competitor’s offers. •Suggest new services and solutions to fulfill costumer’s needs. •participate in the products and service development, testing and improvement of corporate and VIP services in coordination with the concerned departments. • Prepare & follow up monthly/yearly corporate & VIP action plans and budget & submit them to CCO. • Participate in pricing and new offers decisions for corporate and services through delivering the needed studies, forecasts, information and customers feedback to marketing department & commercial department & commercial management. •Ensure effective and efficient implementation of corporate & VIP gifting strategy through selecting the proper gifts, getting the needed approvals, following the purchasing with procurement department , managing custody and distribution processes. •Contribute to the enhancement of customer satisfaction by ensuring that the best practice of service that guarantees corporate & VIP customer’s satisfaction. •Develop & improve effective & efficient techniques and the tools to manage and facilitate sales force & customer service activities. •Measure performance based on KPI’s and take the needed actions to ensure that the work is performed according to corporate strategy. •Conduct periodical field visits to selected corporate & VIP customers to evaluate the team member’s skills , knowledge and service level. •Ensure the best balance between credit policy implementation and customer satisfaction upon making any decision related to customers . •Evaluate and approve supervisor offers regarding special numbers and free lines to corporate & VIP customers. •Transfer and follow -up un -resolved customers ‘requests and complaints with the concerned staff and entities •Submit monthly report to CCO including all aspects of the unit’s activities performance, sales and market analysis. •Lead, develop and motivate team members to reach optimum performance and achieve department’s corporate and unit objectives. •Maintain and continuously improve korek quality management system. •Seek and adapt new techniques related to corporate sales and commercial. •Perform any duty or assignment requested by management. •Finding resources to gather data about potential customers, prospect and open corporate accounts. you can apply through this link :
