Corruption is so deeply rooted in our society that it has developed its own ecosystem. These are not individuals who, because of their lust for money, are corrupt but rather the corruption is in the system. It is like the pollution in air that though you don’t want to inhale, but you have no other option left to breathe and live. The system like any has its own self-defense mechanism. It ensures that anything that opposes it is thrown out. It is just like our digestive system, if we eat something that does not suite our stomach, the system itself will make you vomit. Let us hope, someone in power can understand these intricacies for evolving a mechanism to clean our society with this evil cancer. This, for sure, requires a strategy of transforming and establishing new systems without wasting any more time in amending and purifying the existing ones.
