Cory and I went on a drive up in the mountains to his old stompin grounds, and he told me as we started up the steep grade, Theres so many bears in this country, we used to see them all the time.. So being the ever-ready photographer that I am, I quietly got my camera all set up just in case. We were almost to our destination when Cory said Theres a critter up the road there, and it isnt small!. I whipped out my camera and started snapping shots of this mama bear and her two cubs running down the road, but between my very dark polarizer, the glare on the windshield and the bumpiness of the truck, it was pretty hard to get much of anything, but at least you can tell what they are! It was pretty awesome! I love how the middle one looks so much like a Schipperke! Mavis Conner and Mary Conner should be able to appreciate that!
