Cost Engineer - Masdar: Adhere to the PMO policies and guidelines: No (major) omission or deviation from PMO policies and guidelines Implement the project change management process Project change management processes are adhered to Provide assessments of the impact of change on costs Visibly and financial control of all proposed changes; effective management of impact assessment Deliver cost management services for projects including estimating, cost control and forecasting: Provide Cost Breakdown Structures(CBS) Margin levels are kept track of on all projects Develop Work Breakdown Structure and Cost Time and Resource documents Provide accurate project cost reports Key cost information and data is developed, effectively cascaded and appropriately retained Provide value engineering assessments and evaluation: E/VM reports in time with project milestones Provide input into project risk assessments Project Risk Registers are up to date with key cost inputs Champion the early development of the cost management structure: Cost Management structures are consistently and appropriately developed in the early project phases Support Quality Health and Safety Environment (QHSE) activities, policies and objectives: Compliance with the laws and regulations of Abu Dhabi and UAE. Participating in QHSE audits, office inductions, incident reporting and review of QHSE performances as applicable Systems have to be in place in all projects for Masdar and JVs.
