Could Senator Elizabeth Warren Become the Teddy Roosevelt of the 21st Century? Senator Elizabeth Warren inspires trust! Either consciously or subconsciously, she exhibits the four cores of trust found in Stephen M. R. Covey’s book the Speed of Trust, namely: integrity, good intent, capabilities, (acting within the scope of your expertise) and a track record for results. Since according to Rasmussen Reports, 48% of Republicans, 40% of Democrats and a resounding 70% of unaffiliated agree that neither party can be considered the party of the people, bipartisanship for the sake of bipartisanship is a non-starter with likely voters. President Obama’s position on Fast Track and TPP is highly suspected to be bipartisanship for the sake of bipartisanship and pandering to the Donor Class. Both of our political parties have decimated most the independent thinkers within their own party but those that are left and good candidates for bipartisan alliances. My understanding is that the progressive movement of the 20th Century grew out of dissatisfaction with the two political parties, just as we see now. thenation/article/190865/how-rock-elizabeth-warren
