You will be responsible for leading, directing, and motivating the team and delivering an outstanding service, in line with our overall aims and objectives. Qualifications/skills/experience: Level 5 diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children and Young Peoples Services or equivalent or a willingness to complete the qualification within 12 months of employment. A minimum of 2 years experience of working at supervisory level in care/support setting within the last 3 years. Good knowledge and practical implementation of the Health & Social Care Act (particularly the Essential Standards of Quality and Safety in England) and other legislation relevant to the running of the service.
