Countdown to Companies Act 2013 September-09-2013 DRAFT RULES (1ST PHASE) UNDER COMPANIES ACT 2013 We are happy to inform that Ministry of Corporate Affairs has started to roll out the draft rules under the Companies Act 2013. The rules are being issued under different phases, in the1st phase draft rules for only 16 below given chapters are put for comments. The form relating to chapters will also be released shortly for public comments. The Ministry has put in place an e-platform (Developed By Corporate Professionals) for receiving suggestions on draft rules under the Companies Act 2013. The e-platform is user friendly and interactive and will facilitate collation and analysis of suggestions/comments received on the draft rules . All stakeholders are requested to use this platform for providing their suggestions and comments on the draft rules.
