City Council Worksession April 15 to Focus on Residential Property Conditions There will be a Fountain City Council Worksession open to all residents on Tuesday, April 15, at 6 p.m. in City Council Chambers at City Hall, to address residential property conditions in neighborhoods in the City of Fountain, code enforcement’s role and more. This is a follow-up from a worksession last year that focused on commerical blight in the city. At that time concerned citizens approached city council asking what could be done to review present ordinances and address issues with residential properties that get run down, which can affect other’s property values.
