Couples workout done! Love that a mix of PiYo and strength training at the gym has helped me recover faster and maintain my strength. PiYo helped me stretch and increase my flexibility..in turn helping me recover faster for days I hit the gym. ❗️Please note all pregnancies are different and workouts should be cleared with your dr/obgyn/midwife. ❤️ love having a workout partner! Do you workout better with a partner??
