Court: Brown denies all charges. Pic: © STV A pool attendant has been barred from his work after allegedly being caught secretly filming footage of a naked female customer. Craig Brown is accused of using his mobile phone to record video footage of the woman while she was getting changed in a cubicle at Perth Leisure Pool. Brown, 30, appeared from custody at Perth Sheriff Court on Wednesday to face three charges relating to an incident at the leisure facility on Tuesday. He is alleged to have breached the peace by entering the cubicle next to the woman and holding his mobile phone under the dividing partition to record or attempt to record naked images of her. Brown is alleged to have recorded her doing a private act in the cubicle in order that he or another person could look at the images of her. It is further alleged that he then deleted the images he had recorded without consent in a bid to destroy the evidence of a crime and defeat the ends of justice. Brown, of Balunie Crescent, Dundee, denied the charges against him and he is scheduled to go on trial later this year. Fiscal depute Carol Whyte asked for a special condition of bail to be imposed preventing him from entering Perth Leisure Pool until after the conclusion of the trial. Sheriff Michael Fletcher granted Brown bail with the additional condition.
