Court decision on Batla house encounter case has come after five years. Aam Aadmi Party welcomes this court order. Taking five years to take such decisions raises questions on our law and order situation. This kind of delay creates confusion and has an adverse effect on morale of security persons. Aam Aadmi Party demands that in every such case there should be fast track courts so that no innocent person should be punished and no-one committing any kind of crime against the country should should be left. || 2008 में हुए बाटला हाउस एनकाउंटर के निर्णय पांच वर्ष बाद आया है. आम आदमी पार्टी न्यायलय के इस निर्णय का स्वागत करती है. ऐसी घटनाओं की जांच में पांच वर्ष लगना हमारी कानून व्यवस्था पर सवाल खड़े करता है. इस देरी से एक तरफ भ्रम की स्थिति पैदा होती है और दूसरी तरफ़ सुरक्षाकर्मियों के मनोबल पर विपरीत प्रभाव पड़ता है. आम आदमी पार्टी मांग करती है की ऐसे हर केस में त्वरित जांच एवं न्याय की व्यवस्था की जाये ताकि कोई निर्दोष फंस ना जाये और देश के प्रति अपराध करने वाला कोई अपराधी बच ना जाए.
