Court quash Ghana FA application to strike out King Faisal case; hearing begins on December 15 December 8, 2014 The Ghana Football Association’s application to have King Faisal’s case against the local football governing body thrown out has been dismissed by an Accra High Court. Aduana Stars and the Ghana FA are expected to file their defences for the hearing to commence. Faisal’s injunction application will be heard on next Monday, 15 December 2014 at 12:00 noon. But the club had its major relief- the declaration that the Ghana Football Association disciplinary committee breached Article 23 of its statutes meaning they did not act fairly and reasonably. This means the Ghana Premier League will continue to delay.
