I need a help from ur side if I can get any... my aunts husband met with an accident on 7.6.2014 n died cuz of the electric shock. He was working as lineman with the contractor Mr.shekar reddy (who was a contractor and working of APCPDCL) since more than 25 years. It was enquired tn informed that my uncle died due to negligence of the lineman/ line inspector and asst. Engineer(operations), balanagar as they have not cut off the main line before asking my uncle to give a new connection. My uncle climed an electric pole to give a new electricity connection toa diary farm owner in rajapur village of mahbubnagar district, and my uncle sustained electric shock and fied instantly on the spot bcuz the electricity power has not nwen disconnected. It is submitted that the police has also registered a case under FIR NO.134/2014 dated 7.6.2014 n took up the matter of investigation. That after recieving the FIR,after going through it came to know that the contents of the complaint is totally false n incorrect. It was wrongly stated that my uncle climbed the electric pole in order to remove the crow which was inserted in the electric lines. But infact he climbed the pole in order to give a new electric connection to the diary farm on the instruction of lineman. I kindly request you to help me out with this if possible or guide me the other ways through which I can get some help who can take necessary actions against the persons for their negligent act.
