Crap, just when I thought I was getting somewhere with this anxiety a firetruck and ambulance have to ride by our house with their sirens on. Cue the rapid heart beat and instant sweat. I need to get over this but it just brings back bad memories about my dad. Even Kami is terrified of sirens. I guess with them riding by it will help me learn how to deal with my anxiety. PTSD you can really go away now, I dont need your flash backs, bad memories, horrible anger and anxiety. Phew ok, I feel better getting that out.
