Crazy day today! I was walking to my car from gym & I see a lady lying face down in between 2 cars! I run over & its the 80yr old lady from my pilates class! Blood is everywhere & shes out cold. Im scared shitless screaming for help as I call 911! Staff members & a fellow gym member, who happens to b a nurse, all help out. Luckily she had on a fanny pack with all her info & her phone. So I called the number that said home & her husband answered & says, Hey ur done? It broke my heart to tell him wat happened. He arrived at the gym when the ambulance was about to leave. They wouldnt let him see her at all bcuz she had two huge hematomas on her face & forehead. Her fingers were mangled so they cut off her rings to get circulation. She came to but wasnt alert... They bandaged her head & the ambulance sped off quickly so I had her husband trail me to the hospital. Im on my way back to the hospital to check own her. Id never seen her before that class, but at that moment when I saw her laying there, she became my mom. #humanity #emotionallyoverwhelmed #blessed
