Crazy ideas attract crazy people. First to gravitate, a Belgian hi tech lighting expert that got attracted to San Juanico Bridge as Haiyan Memorial to be clothed w/ cutting edge lighting technology (computer controlled LED lightings & Luxor Beams) wherein he crafted the design below. the color of the light will change defending on the preferred mood. At Samar side of the bridge there will be a chapel & granite memorial stone emblazoned w/ the name of victims from Samar. On the Leyte side, the same also. Both Coastlines facing the bridge will be a long stretch of elevated esplanade (tourism enterprise zone). Further, the Belgian is now finishing the lightings of the Sto Ninio Church of Tacloban City to be inaugurated come January 2015 by our Holy Father (Pope). To date, we are praying that the bridge be declared as such, & that the ground breaking be made by the Pope. ...here is the catch, this coming Nov 8, its the first anniversary of Haiyan, a huge light a candle event is possible - one candle each for those who perished lighted along the sidewalks of the bridge will determine the number of those who perished - is it 7,000 or 20,000? This would be an emotionally historic & touristic event... Month ago, another waray waray guy unknown to me working in Singapore, emailed me that he is offering his LITTLE expertise pro bono. searching his company profile, I was surprised that he is connected w/ a prestigious firm (architecture, engineering design in urban planning) who built one of the Terminals of Changi Airport. This morning I received an unexpected email from an FB friend, again he is offering his LITTLE knowledge on IT. But when I searched his profile I was surprised because he is connected w/ HP Advance Solutions, UK. Now I believe on the saying that that people w/ cognitive brilliance lack self awareness. Joke only. Its simply called HUMILITY. God be the glory...
