Creamy potato mushroom soup CROCKIN in the pot. 3-4 med potatoes, peeled and quartered 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 can milk 1 can water 1 packet dehydrated minced onions Salt and pepper Place all in crock, cover and cook on low until potatoes are tender. Working in batches, place in blender and blend until smooth, return to crock and adjust creaminess with warm milk if needed. Serve with grated cheese and bacon bits on top.
