Aycezindo organized clients’ events, product launches, store opening and organized events such as consumer events, conference, symposium, convention and even exhibitions. First established in 2005, handling Business Conference, Seminars, Training and also International Trade Exhibitions; since then we have also into Design, Construction, Audio & Visual needs, entertainment needs, logistics, Event Planning and Consumer Exhibitions. As we are in the event management business, we need energetic, dynamic, versatile individuals who are able to work in team. Here are the shortlisted categories we see fit. Creative Team Job Description 2D designer, with some knowledge of 3D is a plus. For 10-20% 3D design for temporary structure. Understanding of building and structural design is a plus. Online media and Social Media design, production and knowledge. Familiar and keen knowledge of the design trend. Eye for detail, and team player is a must. 90% in office, 10% during events. Assisting in Proposal, prints, production, execution, activation. Company’s marketing tools purpose, which include PowerPoint Presentation, updating company profile, upload and updating company website, Company’s event brochure, poster, flyers, online media graphics, banners, backdrop, signage, layout, preparation of graphics for proposal, and other corporate graphics needs. For survey and advising the project leader and team of usage of space. Assisting in design and also assisting on-site. Photography responsibility during events, for portfolio, documentation and review purpose. As this is a Design Position, sample from previous works are welcome. Requirements: Age 20-27. Minimum 2 years experience, is preferred. Especially in the related industry. Degree from Reputable Tertiary Institute, Majoring in Visual Communication Design / Digital Media Design / Interior Design / Graphic Design. Computer and Tech literate.
