Crosby Past and Present have been fortunate to be one of the groups chosen to take part in the Liverpool Echos Wish 2013 campaign. Please folks can you help by saving your tokens in the Liverpool Echo. The tokens start being published from Tuesday 1st October and continue until Saturday 30th November. Your tokens can be posted c/o Co Op Funeralcare 50 -52 Liverpool Road, Crosby, Liverpool L23 5SG or they can be handed in. You’ll also be able to drop off your tokens at the following outlets:- Hewlett’s , Novia & Encore Liverpool Road Sainsbury’s Crossroads ,The Bypass Tilly Mint, Cooks Road Sweetpeas & Co, Victoria Road Status, Royal British Legion , Maude Smith and Pritchard’s Moor Lane The Mew’s Vets Preseland Road Foxy Hair , Annie’s Tea Rooms Endbutt Lane Fleurs , Chocolate Shop and Pitchforth Newsagent College Road Spoilt For Choice, Coronation Road Place your tokens in an envelope marked CPAP ECHO WISH TOKENS or you can collect a token collection booklet from tomorrow Wednesday 24th September at the Co Op Funeralcare... Any other local businesses , schools, clubs etc wanting to take part and help, then please email me. Lets all pull together and help Crosby Past and Present Projects and make Crosby a better place . The tokens will go towards a new project given that our gardening group have sufficient funds at present. The proceeds will go towards funding restoration of St Michael’s Cross on The Green Car Park.
