CrossFit. Im sure nearly all of you would have heard of it, but what does it really involve? CrossFit is a fitness program that combines a wide variety of functional movements into a timed or scored workout which includes pull-ups, squats, push-ups, weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing, and a host of other movements. Always varied, always changing, its great for those who like doing a different workout everyday.
