CrossFit Lowell - CrossFit Warm-up 5 minutes CrossFit Warm-up (No Measure) 30 sec sampson stretch (each leg) 10 air squats 10 sit-ups 10 back extensions 10 dips 10 pull-ups Weightlifting Push Press (5x3 @90% across) Front Squat (5x4 @85% across) Pendlay Row (4x5 @80% across) Metcon Metcon (2 Rounds for reps) row for calories wall balls (20/14) kettlebell swings (53/35) box jumps (24/20) push press (75/45) Two five minute rounds. Each round is comprised of one minute at each station. There will be a one minute break between rounds. Keep track of total reps for each five minute round with one calorie on the rower equaling one rep. Mobility and Recovery
