Crossfit Interbay Yoga Recovery Todays recovery targets shoulders, arms and wrists. This series of poses can benefit anyone, especially, my crossfit friends who are lifting and/or experiencing any pain and inflammation in the arms, wrist, elbow and shoulder joints. In the video below, Gwen does a great job instructing you in each posture as well as explaining their benefits. Pause the video after each pose and remain in the pose for five deep breaths, mentally directing your breath to the area of discomfort softening your muscles.
