Crossposting for help for this horrific situation in orangeburg, SC. Some pics are graphic but we are so upset at the condition some people leave their dogs in and it must be stopped. An owner dumped these puppies in someones yard the other day and left them to fend for themselves. One pup has sadly died but thank god is no longer in pain. The owners have decided to surrender the momma to a local volunteer who has also been able to trap the pup and we are trying to assist now with vetting and foster.
