Cubs Sleepover Saturday October 18th 2014 The following are the arrangements for our sleepover at Caherdavin Scout Hall on Saturday October 18th to Sunday October 19th 1. Cubs are asked to be at Scout Hall 3-30pm on Saturday. Once boys have their gear dropped off we will be asking you to drop them to the Treaty Stone for 4pm where we will be doing the Limerick City Challenge trail which will take 2 and half hours approx. 2. Boys will be fed on Saturday evening. Please make sure they have had a lunch before the come to scout hall on Saturday afternoon 3. Parents are asked to pick up the boys on Sunday at 10am sharp.(Leaders have other thinks to do so please be on time) The boys are required to have the following with them 1. Sleeping bag/ Ground Mat/Pillow 2. Neckerchief must be worn. Rest of uniform is not to be worn 3. Wet Gear 4. Warm coat(Please make sure you son has this with him as we will be outdoors most of the time) 5. Hat/Gloves 6. Torch(Optional) 7. Please make sure all gear is marked with their names 8. I Pads or any games are brought at your own risk The following is not allowed and we be taken from the boys if they have it 1. Fizzy Drinks 2. Pocket Knifes 3. Mobile Phones 4. Chewing Gum NB: IF YOU CHILD IS ON ANY MEDICATION PLEASE INFORM US WHEN HE ARRIVES
