Cultivate: Women of Color Leadership 2014 Please feel free to forward this email to others! The Chicago Foundation for Women, Crossroads Fund and Woods Fund Chicago are excited to announce a call for applicants for Cultivate: Women of Color Leadership (Cultivate). Cultivate strives to enhance and support the leadership of women of color who are working with organizations engaged in community organizing and/or public policy advocacy for social and economic justice. A one-year program, Cultivate participants will have the opportunity to develop their leadership skills, deepen their analysis of organizing and advocacy from a women of color perspective, and learn from each other and other experts in the field.
