Cupcakes seem to be taking over the world. It use to be a snack after school & now its a decadent dessert as well. We have cupcake pans in household sizes & industrial sizes. Heres a recipe we think you might enjoy for fall. Need pans. We have them at Maxwells. Gingerbread Cupcakes (From cupcake-creations) Ingredients: 1/2 cup self-raising flour 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. ground ginger 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 egg 3 1/2 oz. butter, softened 1/4 cup milk 2 tbsp. corn syrup Preheat the over to 330 F. Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners. Sift the flours, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg into a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients. Using an electric mixer, beat until combined and lightens in color. Divide the mixture evenly between the cake cases. Bake for 30 minutes. Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients: 1 oz (30g) butter - softened 3 oz (80g) cream cheese - softened 1½ cups confectioners (icing) sugar 1 tsp grated lemon rind Sift the sugar. Beat all ingredients together in a small bowl, until smooth and combined.
