Currently, there are no regulations/laws governing commercial use. Endangerment and privacy laws are already in existence and can be used to ground flights that make authorities uncomfortable. Also there are bans such as national (and state of MI) parks. There has never been one (1) enforcement action against commercial ops because there are no commercial op laws to enforce. I know this statement challenges beliefs , but it is true. Did anyone see Gov Snyders election ad full of drone footage? (Drone shots @ :22,:23,:29,:36,:39,:50) Our Governor had his legal team look into it and they decided to go with commercial drone footage. Please dont give up our rights. Check facts. Not with agencies, but with attorneys.
