Currently working on my letter to human resources at work to express my plans of coming out and not only living but working as shea lane. Its a tough letter to write and just another bridge to cross but it seems easy compared to the one I wrote to all my true friends and family. Im thankful that I do work for an amaxing company that does reconize demestic partners, has insurance benefits that do cover transgender issues and a matter fact already employ three other transgender people. I will post final draft of letter before submitting it to maybe get some input from all of you. Again thank you for the amazing support.
